• Sponsorship includes an invitation to a Private Sponsor Reception, followed by a Foundation Celebration: An Evening of Hope at Fort Wayne Country Club on Sunday, September 14. (Invitation will include eligible number of tickets and information for guest RSVP.)

Ruby and Sapphire Level Sponsors ($2,500 to $5,000)
