American Idol Contestant Charity Vance to Perform at Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer Event

Girlfriend gathering to kick off National Breast lCancer Awareness month!

Fort Wayne, Indiana (September 19, 2011) — The eighth annual Tickled Pink (Girls’ Night Out) will be held at Vera Bradley’s Distribution facility on Friday, October 7. The event includes live music, complimentary hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, a preview of Vera Bradley’s upcoming colors and styles, and a silent auction.

Other Highlights:

• An exclusive Vera Bradley gift ($52 value) made especially for Tickled Pink 2011 guests
• A chance to work with members of the Vera Bradley team to design a handbag
• An opportunity to discuss developments in research with Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center researchers and clinicians
