2008 Vera Bradley Classic™ Auction Raises More Than $30,000

Not only did the 15th annual Vera Bradley Classic Golf and Tennis Tournament raise over $1 million, auctions on Saturday and Monday evenings that included exciting one-of-a-kind items like an autographed guitar from Sheryl Crow and furniture upholstered in Vera Bradley Pinwheel Pink for breast cancer awareness helped raise more than $30,000, which will also go to benefit the Foundation. Other hot-ticket items up for grabs: A Tiffany sterling silver and pink enamel bangle bracelet, private golf lessons and Celine Dion concert tickets. There were also several spa gift certificates, signed sports paraphernalia and many Vera Bradley items, including an opportunity to design your own bag.
